H.L. Hopkinson, Countess Limerick and Haley Fiske, 1/8/26

4 x 5 in. or smaller. The Countess of Limerick is most likely May Imelda Josephine Pery, the wife of the contemporary Earl of Limerick; the Earl died in 1929. Depending on the context of when the label was applied, however, it could also be Isabella Elliot, Dowager Countess Limerick, widow of the previous Earl, or Angela Pery, the wife of the next Earl, who succeeded to the title in 1929.
