Privacy

Effective November 1, 2026. Wikivec Inc. operates Find Any Photo.

What we collect

Your sign-in details (email, and your name if you use Google), the searches you run and how many you use. You don't upload anything: the photos come from public archives.

How long we keep it

Search counts are kept for about 40 days. The text of each search, with how many photos matched and how good the best match was, is kept for 31 days with a scrambled account id (a scrambled IP address if you search on the website without signing in), so we can see which photos people look for and don't find, and add them. Downloads are counted per day without any account id. A search's vector is cached for 30 days and contains no information about who searched.

Who processes it

• Clerk: signing you in on the website, or when you connect the service to your assistant. Data: email address, name if you sign in with Google, sign-in records.
• Google (Gemini API, paid tier): turning your search into a vector so matching photos can be found. Data: the text of your search; under Google's paid terms, not used to train its models.
• Neon: holding the photo index (archive records). Data: no personal data.
• Vercel: hosting the website and the connector, and counting page visits. Data: IP address and request logs; page-visit statistics without cookies or a persistent identifier.
• Upstash: storing your monthly usage and the search log. Data: your account id and search counts; for searches on the website without signing in, a scrambled IP address instead of an account id.
• The archives (Wikimedia, NASA): serving the photos you see and download, directly from their servers. Data: your browser's request for the image, with your IP address, as with any image on the web.
• Stripe: taking payment for Pro and managing the subscription. Data: email, payment details and billing country; card details go to Stripe, never to us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your searches to train AI models.

Your choices

You can disconnect the service from your assistant at any time. To delete your account and data, email privacy@wikivec.com. The service is only for people aged 18 and over.
