Hindenburg tail as seen from engine room 1936
Photo of the Hindenburg's tail as seen from the airship's engine room in mid flight. The photo was taken during the aircraft's first trip to the United States. A propeller car and its working propeller can be seen at the photo's right. The news copy says this is at left--there was either an error in the copy or the photo has been rotated.
