Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope Launch

A SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket with NASA’s Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope on board launches from Launch Complex 39A, Sunday, Aug. 30, 2026, at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, named after the agency’s first chief astronomer, will survey billions of stars and galaxies with a field of view far larger than Hubble’s, helping scientists study dark energy, exoplanets and the evolution of the universe.
