Naples Holds 244th Navy Birthday Ball

NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY NAPLES, Italy (Oct. 26, 2019) – Adm. James G. Foggo, III, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Africa, right, is introduced as the event guest speaker by Capt. Todd Abrahamson, commanding officer, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples, during a 244th Navy Birthday Ball held at Villa Tony in Naples, Italy, Oct. 26, 2019. The central theme of this year's 244th birthday is "No Higher Honor," which comes from a quote by Lt. Cmdr. Robert Copeland, commanding officer of World War II destroyer USS Samuel B. Roberts (DE-413). NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
