OPERATION RANG DONG a search and destroy operation in the Gia Dinh Province, twelve miles southwest of Saigon. Members of Company "C", 3rd Battalion, 7th Infantry, 199th Light Infantry Brigade, sit inside a bunker which is located next to a canal and is used as a guard post during the night.
