Pampanga Provincial Capitol 1945
Filipino Guerrillas gathered proudly on the steps of Pampanga Capitol in San Fernando shortly after the liberation of the province. Behind them rises the neoclassical facade of the Capitol Building, scared, yet standing strong-symbolizing both resillience and the return of Filipino civil authority after years of occupation Their presence marks a moment of victory, unity, and the rebuilding of the Pampanga in the final phase of the Luzon campaign.
