View of the airfield of Washington National Airport from inside its terminal building's south concourse. Outside sits a Douglas DC-3 of American Airlines. (This DC-3 is the sleeper version, the DST (Douglas Sleeper Transport), which American's advertising called the "Flagship Skysleeper". Note the small sleeping-berth windows above the line of main cabin windows.)
