General Nguyen Khanh and General Duong Van Minh, enter the altar area to place wreaths
GEN Nguyen Khanh, Premier of Vietnam, and GEN. Doung Van Mihn COFS, enters the altar area to place flower wreaths and perform religious rituals honoring the country's dead. The occasion took place during the National Shame Day demonstration at Le-Loi Circle, Saigon.
