A sand artist creates images depicting the history of the Republic of Korea–U.S. alliance during the 19th Expeditionary Sustainment Command’s Lunar New Year Celebration held at the Inter-Burgo Hotel, Feb. 6, 2026, in Daegu, Republic of Korea. The performance illustrated the alliance from the Korean War through the present day using live sand drawings. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt. Deziree Keay)
